What it costsand what changes the number
We do not publish a price list, because the number depends on one thing you know better than we do: how many towns your trucks actually reach and how many jobs you want calls for. Send us that and you get a number back, usually the same day, with nothing hidden inside it. This page explains what moves it.
How pricing works
Three things move the number, and nothing else does
How many towns
Each town you serve gets its own page for each job. A locksmith who drives to a dozen towns needs far fewer pages than one who covers three counties. The count is the biggest part of the price.
How many jobs
A roofer with four services and a pool company with eight do not need the same number of pages. You choose which jobs deserve their own page in every town; we do not pad the list.
What you already have
If your site runs on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, Webflow, Joomla or Drupal, the pages go inside it and nothing gets rebuilt. A site that needs a new home costs more than one that only needs pages added.
What does not move the number: your city, your trade, or how big your company is. Two roofers covering the same thirty towns get the same quote.
What is included
Every quote covers the same list, written down before you invest
One page per town and per job
Written for that town, with its streets and the places people there recognize, pulled from public map data and then written page by page. Not one page with the town name swapped.
Inside your own site, on your own domain
The pages are files on your domain. They stay live and stay yours if you stop working with us. No platform, no login of ours between you and your pages.
Linked the way Google reads
Every town page links to its neighbors, to the job pages and to your county pages, and your sitemap is updated so Google finds all of it.
The phone first
A number you can tap before you scroll, a working form, and your Google Business Profile linked from the pages.
Proof you can check
You get Search Console screenshots with the date range visible, not a monthly report you cannot audit. Look at our latest projects to see the kind of picture you get.
A person who answers
You write once, a person reads it, and a person replies, usually the same day, in English or Spanish. No ticket numbers.
What you are comparing against
Same money, three very different years
| Brixel Proyect | A large agency | A freelancer or a site builder | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What the money buys | Hundreds to thousands of pages, one per town and per job | A redesign of what you have, often with fewer pages than before | Whatever the template came with |
| Monthly fees | None for the pages to stay up. They are files on your domain | A platform fee, a management fee, or both | A builder subscription and a stack of plugins |
| If you walk away | The pages are yours and they stay live | Often the site leaves with the contract | Yours, if you can still log in |
| What you can check | Search Console screenshots with the date tab visible | A monthly report you cannot audit | Nothing in particular |
The middle and right columns describe how those arrangements are usually set up, not any particular company.
One message is enough
Tell us the towns. We will tell you the number.
Send the website you have now and the towns you actually drive to. You get back what it would take to cover them, and roughly how long before the pages are live. No sales call unless you ask for one.
Questions about money
What people ask before they write
Why is there no price list?
Because a list would either overcharge the small contractor or undercharge the big one. The number follows the towns and the jobs, so we ask for those first and answer with a figure, not a range you have to guess inside.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the pages to stay up. They are plain files on your domain. If you want us to keep adding towns or jobs later, that is a new quote for the new pages, not a subscription.
Am I investing in pages that never get a search?
You choose the towns and the jobs. We tell you which ones people actually search for in your area before you decide, and we do not pad the list to make the number bigger.
What if I already paid an agency for a site?
Keep it. The pages go inside the site you have, whatever it runs on. You never invest twice in a home page you already own.
Can I see what other people got for their money?
Yes: nine recent projects with the page count of each one from its own sitemap, and examples by trade. Open any of them.
