Some of the work, not all of it. The grey bar is a good local website — not a bad one, just a small one. That gap is the whole business.

Realistic results in the first months

Google Search Console, 28 days: 102 total clicks and 18.2K total impressions
Google Search Console · one client site, three months old

Any agency promising you ten thousand clicks and a million views is selling the dream every business wants to hear — or quietly counting a whole year and not showing you the date. This is twenty-eight days, and the tab is right there in the picture.

We would rather show you a small number that is true.

What do you have today?
This is what sets the price. Some platforms build every page by hand; others generate them from one template, which costs a fraction.
Delaware has 3. Florida has 67. You rarely need them all.
Towns, villages, neighbourhoods and census areas — every name someone types after your trade. This is the number that makes a network big.
Each one gets its own page in each place. A plumber lists ten, a lawyer four, a bakery three.

One template, every page generated from it, nothing to slow it down. Or, if you already run WordPress, Wix or Shopify, we build inside that.

What a static site is, and why it matters to a trade

Most small-business websites are assembled inside a page builder: a theme, a dozen plugins, a database that has to wake up for every visitor. They work, and they are slow, and every extra page is another afternoon of dragging blocks around. A static site does the opposite. We write one template — your design, your colours, your phone number in the right place — and every page on the site is generated from it as plain HTML. There is nothing to wake up. The page is already made before anyone asks for it.

For a trade that lives on the phone ringing, that difference is not academic. A homeowner searching at 11 pm on a cracked phone screen taps the first result that opens. A page that takes four seconds to render loses the tap. Ours is usually on screen in under a second, which is also the first thing Google measures when it decides who goes on page one.

Already on WordPress, Wix or Shopify? Keep it

Nobody should be told to throw away a site they paid for. If your business already runs on WordPress (with Elementor, Divi or any theme), Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy Website Builder, Webflow, Joomla, Drupal or HubSpot, we build inside it: your design stays, your address stays, and the pages we add look like they were always there. The static engine is for owners who are starting fresh or whose current site cannot be saved. We tell you which one you are before you spend anything.

What is included

Every page comes with its own title and meta description written for the search result, its own H1, structured data Google can read, real photographs, and internal links so a visitor can move from any page to any other without getting lost. Hosting, care and the monthly SEO work are separate add-ons; the calculator below shows what each costs, and the price is per page, so you can see exactly where the money goes.

How it fits with the rest

A new website is the first of our three services. Fix & Expand takes the website you already have, fixes what is slow or broken, and adds a page for every town you serve and every job you do. Keep Growing is the monthly work that makes those pages climb. You can start with one; most owners start with the one that hurts most.

How long does a new site take?

A new static site with the core pages is usually live in two to three weeks. Adding hundreds of local pages afterwards is faster than the first site, because the template already exists.

Do I own it?

Yes. The files are yours, the domain is yours, and the content is yours. If you ever leave, you take everything with you; there is no platform lock-in with plain HTML.

Can you work with the site I already have?

In most cases, yes: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, Webflow, Joomla, Drupal and HubSpot are all fine. We check first, and we tell you honestly if a rebuild would serve you better.

What does it cost?

It depends on the platform and the number of pages, which is why the calculator is on this page. A typical trade site of a few hundred pages costs a fraction of what an agency charges to build the same thing by hand, and the estimate is a starting point, not a quote.
