Termsin plain words.
What we do, what you own, what we ask of you, and what nobody can honestly promise. If anything here is unclear, write to us and a person answers.
The quote
Written down before you invest
Every project starts with a written quote. It says how many pages we will build, which towns and which jobs they cover, what every page contains and whether the pages go inside the site you already run or on a new one. The number follows the towns and the jobs you choose, and nothing else. How the number is built.
Work starts when you accept the quote. If you want more towns or more jobs later, that is a new quote for the new pages, not a subscription.
What you own
The pages are yours and they stay live
The pages are plain files on your own domain. There is no platform of ours and no login of ours between you and them, and there is no monthly fee for them to stay up. If you stop working with us, the pages stay yours and stay live.
Your domain and your hosting stay in your name, with the companies you chose. Keeping them active is up to you: if a hosting plan lapses, the site goes offline because of the hosting company, not because of us.
We may show the work we built for you as an example on this site. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.
What we ask of you
A few reasonable things
Send us what the pages need: your services, the towns you actually reach, your logo and your photos if you have them. Anything you send has to be yours to use, or used with permission. We cannot publish text, photos or logos that belong to somebody else.
What nobody can promise
Honest about the limits
We build the pages properly, link them the way Google reads and update your sitemap so Google finds them. Nobody can guarantee a position in Google, not us and not anyone who tells you otherwise. What you get instead is proof you can check yourself: Search Console screenshots with the date range visible.
What we do guarantee is the work. If something we built is broken, we fix it at no charge.
