Six things a roofing website needs to get called
The phone on the first screen
A leaking roof cannot wait until Monday. People tend to call the first roofer whose page shows they work in that exact town. A number you can tap before you scroll, and someone who answers it.
A page for every town you drive to
After a storm, every homeowner on the same street searches at once. One page per town, with the streets and places of that town in it, is what turns those searches into calls.
The jobs on their own pages
Storm and hail damage, Leak repair, Full replacement, Insurance claims. Each on its own page, written for what that customer is looking at right now.
A season page, ready before the season
Demand arrives in waves after hail, high wind and heavy rain. A roofer's busiest week is the one right after a storm, and the homeowner searching then is standing under a leak.
Photos and proof from the area
It needs photos of real roofs in the area, the storms the town actually gets, and a phone number that answers on a weekend.
Reviews that name the job and the town
Pull them onto the site and ask customers to mention the town. It is exactly what the next customer will type.
